§ 17-901. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Peddler.- "Peddler" includes a hawker, a huckster, and a mobile vendor.
(c) Peddler license.- "Peddler license" means a license issued by the clerk to act as a peddler.
