§ 8-212. Miscellaneous powers and duties.
(a) Powers.- The Commission at any time may require of an applicant or licensee:
(1) information reasonably related to the administration or enforcement of this title; and
(2) the production of financial records.
(b) Duties.- The Commission shall have a seal.
