§ 13-701. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Committee.- "Committee" means the Gambling Permit Review Committee appointed by the county commissioners under § 13-704 of this subtitle.

(c) County commissioners.- "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County.

(d) Gaming event.- "Gaming event" includes a carnival and a bazaar.
