§ 11-403. List of institutions offering tuition waivers to members of National Guard.
(a) In general.- The Commission shall maintain a list of State higher education institutions, including community colleges, offering tuition waivers to members of the Maryland National Guard.
(b) Requirements.- The list required under this section shall:
(1) Include the tuition waiver policy of each institution and a contact name and telephone number;
(2) Be updated at least annually; and
(3) Be shared with the military department for distribution to members of the Maryland National Guard.
