§ 18-1902.1. College Savings Plans of Maryland.
(a) Established.- There is a Program entitled the College Savings Plans of Maryland.
(b) Purpose.- The purpose of the Program is to provide for the administration by the Board of the Maryland Prepaid College Trust, the Maryland College Investment Plan, and the Maryland Broker-Dealer College Investment Plan.
