§ 3-1404. Compensation.
(a) Determination.- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the members shall receive compensation as set by the county commissioners.
(b) Minimums.-
(1) The salary of each member of the county board shall be at least $3,200.
(2) The salary of the president of the county board shall be at least $3,600.
