Section 5-505 - Review by the Governor.
§ 5-505. Review by the Governor.
After the August meeting, the State Board shall submit to the Governor:
(1) The list of qualified institutions;
(2) The Superintendent's comments on each institution; and
(3) The Board's comments, if any, on each institution.
