Section 7-1202 - Established.

§ 7-1202. Established.
  

(a)  In general.- There is a Maryland After-School Opportunity Fund Program. 

(b)  Fund.- There is a Maryland After-School Opportunity Fund in the Program. 

(c)  Administration.- The Executive Committee, in consultation with the Advisory Board, shall administer the Program. 

(d)  Standards and operation.- The Executive Committee shall consult with the Maryland Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families in developing the Program's standards and in operating the Program.
