§ 17-201. Marine Contractors Licensing Board.
(a) Established.- There is a Marine Contractors Licensing Board.
(b) Responsibilities.- Subject to the provisions of this title, the Board is responsible for the licensing and regulation of individuals and entities that provide marine contractor services in the State.
