§ 5-559.1. Family Day Care Provider Direct Grant Fund.
(a) Fund created.- There is a Family Day Care Provider Direct Grant Fund administered by the Department.
(b) Administration.- To administer grants to family day care providers, the Department may contract with State agencies and nonprofit organizations.
