§ 10-203. Authority of Secretary; reports to Deputy Secretary.
(a) In general.- The Director exercises the powers, duties, and responsibilities of office subject to the authority of the Secretary.
(b) Reports to Deputy Secretary.- The Director shall report to the Deputy Secretary for Public Health Services.
