§ 7-202. Director.
(a) Position and appointment.- The head of the Administration is the Director, who shall be appointed by the Secretary.
(b) Deputy and assistant directors.- The Director shall appoint the number of deputy directors, assistant directors, and administrative heads provided in the State budget.
