§ 13-109. Purchases by Annapolis Authority.
(a) Purchasing provisions.- The Annapolis Authority shall adopt purchasing provisions that conform to the Code of the City of Annapolis.
(b) Requirements governing purchases.- All purchases by the Annapolis Authority that are not specifically regulated by federal procurement requirements shall be made:
(1) as provided by the provisions adopted under this section; or
(2) as approved by federal authorities.
