§ 11-322. Scope of Part.
(a) In general.- Part IV of this subtitle applies to each authorized insurer that writes private passenger motor vehicle insurance in the State.
(b) Application to MAIF.- Except as expressly provided otherwise, Part IV of this subtitle does not apply to the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund.
