§ 14-408. Term and renewal of certificate of authority.
 

(a)  Term of certificate of authority.- A certificate of authority expires on the first June 30 after its effective date unless it is renewed as provided in this section. 

(b)  Issuance of renewal.- The Commissioner shall renew the certificate of authority of a dental plan organization if the dental plan organization remains in compliance with this subtitle and pays to the Commissioner a renewal fee of $100.
