§ 10-112. Meetings; voting; hours; compensation.
 

(a)  Voting.- The Board may not act on any matter unless at least 5 members concur. 

(b)  Hours.- Each member of the Board shall devote the time needed to carry out the duties of office. 

(c)  Meetings.- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. 

(d)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.-  

(1) Each member of the Board is entitled to: 

(i) the salary provided in the budget of the Board; and 

(ii) reimbursement for reasonable expenses: 

1. incurred in the performance of the Board member's duties; and 

2. as provided in the budget of the Board. 

(2) Each member of the Board shall be paid biweekly.
