Section 10-136 - Cancellation by policyholder.
§ 10-136. Cancellation by policyholder.
A policyholder may cancel a policy under this subtitle, if the policyholder:
(1) gives the Fund written notice; and
(2) promptly pays all premiums owed to the Fund.
