§ 11-101. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Department.- "Department" means the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
(c) Secretary.- "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
