§ 11-1005. Staffing.
(a) Staff.- The Corporation shall employ any additional professional and clerical staff as necessary to carry out this subtitle.
(b) Consultants, agents and advisers.- The Corporation may retain consultants, agents, and advisers as necessary.
(c) Attorney General as legal adviser.-
(1) The Attorney General is the legal adviser to the Corporation.
(2) With the approval of the Attorney General, the Corporation may retain any necessary lawyers.
