§ 8-420. Administration.
(a) Duty of Secretary.- The Secretary shall administer the Special Administrative Expense Fund.
(b) Special fund.-
(1) The State Treasurer shall keep the Special Administrative Expense Fund as a nonlapsing fund.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, money in the Special Administrative Expense Fund may not be transferred to any other fund.
