§ 14-203. Scope of subtitle; period of applicability.
(a) Scope of subtitle.- This subtitle applies to proceedings in any court.
(b) Period of applicability.- This subtitle applies only during the effective period of an official proclamation by the Governor that declares a stated area to be within an actual or threatened emergency or disaster area.
