§ 2-106. "Force" defined; established; composition; responsibilities.
 

(a)  "Force" defined.- In this section, "Force" means the Legislative Security Force. 

(b)  Established.- There is a Legislative Security Force. 

(c)  Composition.- The Force consists of the members of the Department of State Police who are assigned for duty with the General Assembly. 

(d)  Responsibilities.- Under the guidance of the presiding officers of the General Assembly, the Force shall maintain order during the conduct of the legislative process.
