§ 9-303. Special Secretary; salary.
(a) In general.- The head of the Office of Minority Affairs is the Special Secretary, who shall be appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.
(b) Salary.- The Special Secretary shall receive the salary provided in the State budget.
