§ 2-401. Pay plans.
(a) Compensation determined under pay plan.- Except as otherwise provided by law, compensation for State employees is determined under a pay plan.
(b) Pay plans described in Title 8.- The pay plans for the State Personnel Management System are described in Title 8 of this article.
