§ 30-302. Election to participate - In general.
(a) Time limit for election.- An election to participate in the program shall be made by an eligible employee within 1 year of first becoming an eligible employee of an employing institution.
(b) Irrevocable election.- An eligible employee's election to participate in the program is a one-time irrevocable election.
