§ 9-307. Forfeited leave placed in Leave Bank.
Annual leave that is forfeited under §§ 9-304 and 9-306 of this subtitle is placed, unless the employee objects, in the State Employees' Leave Bank established by § 9-602(a)(1) of this title.
