§ 2-204. Chairman; meetings; facilities and personnel; compensation and expenses.
 

(a)  Chairman.- The Governor shall designate one of the appointed members of the Commission as its Chairman. 

(b)  Meetings.- The Commission shall meet, at a time and place designated by the Commission or its Chairman: 

(1) At least once each month; and 

(2) At any other time that the Secretary requests. 

(c)  Facilities and personnel.- The Secretary shall provide the Commission with the facilities and personnel of the Department that the Secretary considers necessary for the conduct of the business of the Commission. 

(d)  Compensation and expenses.- A member of the Commission is entitled to: 

(1) The per diem compensation provided in the State budget; and 

(2) Reimbursement for expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties, in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations of the Department of Budget and Management.
