§ 5-213. Contracts - In general.
 

(a)  Power of Administration to contract.- The Administration may make any contract necessary for or incidental to the performance of its duties and the exercise of its powers under this title. 

(b)  Governing law.- Subject to the provisions of Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article, if the planning, acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance, or operation of any airport facility is financed with federal money, the Administration may contract as required by the federal authorities acting under federal law.
