§ 5-406. Disposition of property by Administration.
(a) Disposition of property authorized.- With the approval of the Secretary, the Administration may sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any property that it acquires under this subtitle.
(b) Manner of disposition.- The Administration shall dispose of its property in accordance with the laws of this State governing the disposition of State property generally.
