Section 22 Partial distribution

Section 22. If the court finds that partial distribution of the personal property of an estate in process of settlement therein can, without detriment to such estate, be made to the persons entitled thereto, the court may, subject to the rights of creditors and after notice, order such partial distribution to be made.
