Section 23 Class legacies

Section 23. If under a will a legacy is to be distributed in whole or in part among the heirs or next of kin of any person, or among persons of a certain class, the probate court, upon the application of any person interested, after notice, may order distribution among such persons as according to the will seem to be entitled to the legacy.
