257.1929 Violations; penalties; separate offenses.

Sec. 29.

(1) Each person subject to this act who operates a limousine service without obtaining a certificate of authority required under this act or without meeting the insurance requirements provided in this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.

(2) A person who commits fraud, misrepresentation, trickery, or deceit in connection with inspections conducted under this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.
