286.193 Violation as misdemeanor; penalties.
Sec. 13.
(1) A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $5,000.00 for each day of the violation. As used in this subsection, “person” does not include an individual.
(2) An individual who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $100.00 for each day of the violation. As used in this subsection, “individual” means a human being.
