287.580 Authorization to seek federal approval of program and to enter cooperative agreement.
Sec. 10.
The director is authorized to seek approval of the United States department of agriculture for the meat inspection program provided in this act. The director is further authorized to enter into cooperative agreement with the United States department of agriculture for the purpose of carrying out the meat inspection program provided in this act.
