4.552 Legislator as party in contested case or other administrative proceeding.

Sec. 2.

A member of the legislature of this state shall not be made a party in a contested case, as defined in section 3(3) of the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.203 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or any other administrative proceeding for any act done by him or her pursuant to his or her duty as a legislator.
