400.286 Continuing license upon noncompliance.
Sec. 16.
The attorney general may continue under conditions the license of an organization, professional fund raiser, or professional solicitor which fails to comply with this act including failure to comply with the rules regarding prohibited transactions, standards of solicitation, conduct, or administration.
