445.362 Other causes of action not affected; liberal construction; inconsistent ordinance or regulation prohibited.
Sec. 12.
This act shall not affect any other cause of action which is available and shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose. A city, village, township, or county shall not enact an ordinance or other regulation inconsistent with this act or with a rule promulgated under this act.
