474.125 Granting change to certificate of authority; requirements; application; fee.
Sec. 25.
Upon application and the filing of a $25.00 fee, the department may grant a motor carrier of passengers holding a certificate of authority under this act a change to that certificate of authority, if the department determines that the carrier has met the requirements of section 9.
