750.203 Explosives; regulations of interstate commerce commission.

Sec. 203.

Regulations of interstate commerce commission—The regulations formulated by the interstate commerce commission, pursuant to section 2 of an act of congress, public numbered 174, approved May 30, 1908, shall be binding upon all common carriers engaged in intrastate commerce within the state of Michigan, which transport explosives by land.
