Section 116C.02 Definitions
116C.02 DEFINITIONS.
Subdivision 1.Applicability.
For the purposes of sections 116C.01 to 116C.08, the following terms have the meaning given them.
Subd. 2.Board.
"Board" means the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board.
