136A.002 DEFINITIONS.
Subdivision 1.Scope.
For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.
Subd. 2.Office of Higher Education or office.
"Office of Higher Education" or "office" means the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
