Section 147A.21 Rulemaking Authority
147A.21 RULEMAKING AUTHORITY.
The board shall adopt rules:
(1) setting license fees;
(2) setting renewal fees;
(3) setting fees for temporary licenses; and
(4) establishing renewal dates.
