Section 204D.18 General Election Laws; Application
204D.18 GENERAL ELECTION LAWS; APPLICATION.
Except as provided in sections 204D.17 to 204D.27, all of the provisions of the Minnesota Election Law are applicable to special elections as far as practicable.
