Section 237.46 Gross Misdemeanor Violation
237.46 GROSS MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION.
Any telephone company and, if it be a corporation, the officers thereof, violating any provisions of sections 237.01 to 237.27, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
