Section 239.02 Director; Deputies, Employees
239.02 DIRECTOR; DEPUTIES, EMPLOYEES.
The department shall appoint in accordance with chapter 43A, a director of weights and measures and such deputies and other employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
