Section 252A.171 Transfer of Venue
252A.171 TRANSFER OF VENUE.
Section 524.5-108 applies to the transfer of venue in proceedings under this chapter. Notice of a transfer of venue petition must be given to the persons and in the manner required by section 252A.081.
