Section 349.2113 Prize Payout Limit
349.2113 PRIZE PAYOUT LIMIT.
On or after January 1, 2004, a licensed organization may not put into play a pull-tab or tipboard game that provides for a prize payout of greater than 85 percent of the ideal gross of the game.
