Section 353B.06 Treasurer of Accounts; Investment
353B.06 TREASURER OF ACCOUNTS; INVESTMENT.
Subdivision 1.Commissioner of management and budget.
The commissioner of management and budget is the ex officio treasurer of the accounts as provided in section 353.05.
Subd. 2.Investment.
The assets of the account shall be invested by the State Board of Investment as provided in section 353.06.
