Section 354A.42 St. Paul Teacher Increase Limit
354A.42 ST. PAUL TEACHER INCREASE LIMIT.
Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association may not pay a postretirement adjustment of more than five percent in any year, effective July 1, 2010.
