Section 383B.146 Purchases Consistent with Law
383B.146 PURCHASES CONSISTENT WITH LAW.
The board, or the person or persons to whom purchasing and contracting authority may be delegated, shall exercise the authority consistent with sections 383B.141 to 383B.151.
